Pour. Pause. Reflect Creative Reset Experience

A relaxed creative wellness experience designed to help people slow down, connect, and reflect. This guided session includes art-making with no experience needed, along with time for self-reflection and optional sharing in a welcoming group setting. It is open to everyone and especially recognizes teachers, nurses, and first responders, making it a thoughtful way to step away from the everyday and enjoy a little reset.
